Alpeda, which has exported to 76 countries on 5 continents, was founded in 1978 in a small workshop of 50m2. Tic. A.Ş. was established under the company name. Marmara throughout Turkey in 1990, by completing the dealership structure throughout Central Anatolia, Black Sea, Aegean, Southeast and Eastern Anatolia, it has started to make a difference with its innovative touches to hair salons in all parts of Turkey. Filiz Celik, which has become Turkey's leading hairdressing furniture manufacturer in a short time with its quality furniture and trouble-free service understanding, is an architecture with completed project activities have started.After a successful developments in Turkey, company has decided to expand its business to abroad, registered its name as Alpeda all over the world and started exporting with this name in 2002. By reaching over 10 countries, Alpeda has branded its work with its labeled furniture and has become a rapidly rising company in the international sector. In 2006, Tübitak RD project had the success of manufacturing Turkey's first electric barber chair and in 2008, after that second time Tübitak Project achieved success with Turkey's first electric washing set, proving it is the innovative leader of hairdressing salon design in Turkey.

In 2016, it expanded its business volume by opening 1450m2 factory showroom in Istanbul. It has become a preferred brand by the whole world with the international fairs we are participate in and has set a historical record in exports in 2017. It exported 48% of its production to 40 countries on a distributor basis in 3 continents. Alpeda now exports to 76 countries in 5 continents. Thanks to its work that prioritizes environmental sensitivity, DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 has been certified as an Environmental Management Certificate and K-Q TSE-ISO-EN 9001 Quality Certificates with the material quality of its products derived from the value it gives to customers. Since its establishment, it has aimed to walk to success by prioritizing customer satisfaction and has become the leading company in the sector.
